摘 要：在考虑电网中各发电厂上网电价的前提下，通过引入费用流的概念，提出了一种实时监测和统计网损的方法，用有功费用损耗替代有功损耗。该方法提高了网损监控的准确性、可比性和整个电网的经济效益，为运行人员实时优化电网运行提供了依据。

A method of real-time power loss superintendence

Abstract: Considering the bid prices of power plants for access to power networks, this paper advances a method of superintending and counting the real-time power loss by introducing the conception of cost-flow. It replaces the active loss with active cost loss, which improves the precision and comparability of power loss control as well as the benefits of power system, and provides a useful criterion for the real-time optimization of power dispatch.
